Yoga is a very good activity that helps me with my body, mind and spirit. Frances makes sure to monitr us each individually to ensure we get the best benefits possible. Withe instruction I recieve I am comfortable practicing yoga at home. Each week brings a new experience to me and it is a pleasant experience. It is calming, good excercise, and a night out. In my class with Frances I get a sense of well-being. In combination with other therapies it brings relief from pain, and is an integral part of my therapies. The stretching is the most important part for me, and I find the program well balanced.
I love the shoulder stretches, prior to coming to the yoga classes, my upper shoulders and neck were really tight. Now it feels a lot better.
